Henley & Partners, a consultancy for wealthy individuals, is reorganising its businesses specifically to cater for wealthy individuals looking to relocate to Switzerland.
The move comes three months after the UK changed its tax rules for non-domiciled residents.
Henley & Partners will arrange its various businesses in Switzerland under the umbrella of the Private Client Group Switzerland.
The company said the aim of the new group is to offer a complete range of services for wealthy private individuals who wish to relocate to Switzerland.
The group will be made up of five subsidiaries: Henley & Partners, which provides consulting services for citizenship, tax and real-estate planning; H&P Trust Group, which advises private clients about trusts and foundations, corporate services and structured solutions; Henley Estates, which focuses on high-end real estate; SIP, which specialises in insurance; and Polygate, a staff-hire company.
